Explaining “Walk Humbly,” she highlighted the importance of humility, simplicity and respect. She reminded the helpers that every individual has dignity and worth, regardless of their position or responsibility. True humility is reflected in our words, actions and willingness to learn from others.
Speaking on “Act Justly,” Sr Tara stressed the need to be honest, fair and responsible in all that we do. She encouraged the helpers to perform their duties sincerely, treat everyone equally and make choices that reflect truthfulness and integrity.
The session was interactive and engaging, as the helpers enthusiastically shared their personal experiences and reflections. Their sharing brought out practical examples of how love, humility and justice can be demonstrated in everyday life, at home and in the workplace. This open exchange of experiences made the session more meaningful and helped everyone connect the values discussed with their daily responsibilities.
Sr Tara encouraged the helpers to put these values into practice through their work, relationships and service to the school community. She reminded them that even small acts of kindness, a humble attitude and fair treatment of others can make a significant difference in people’s lives.
