In recognition of our esteemed leader, Chacha Nehru, and his enduring dedication to the welfare and education of children, ‘Children’s Day’ was commemorated with great enthusiasm and spirit on November 14, 2024, at Convent of Jesus and Mary International School, Kharghar. The carefully selected theme for this year’s celebration, “In every Child is the seed of Greatness,” emphasized the inherent potential within each child and the importance of nurturing their talents.
Children were dressed in their best attire, looking charming and adorable. The celebration commenced with a prayer service, setting a meaningful tone for the event. Following this, special performances were presented by a diverse group including teaching and non-teaching staff, support staff, and the PTA members. The program featured singing, dancing, and a humorous skit that conveyed a powerful message about the importance of maintaining hope. To add to the festivities, the School Management provided gifts for the students, enhancing the overall experience of the day.
