On January 24, 2025, a vibrant Republic Day activity was organized for the students of Grades 1 to 5. The event aimed to engage the young minds with activities that fostered creativity and a deeper understanding of the significance of Republic Day.
For Grades 1 and 2, a drawing activity was conducted, where students were encouraged to express their thoughts and feelings about Republic Day through art. They used a variety of colours and materials to illustrate themes such as unity, freedom, and patriotism.
Meanwhile, students in Grades 3 to 5 participated in an essay writing activity that focused on the historical importance and values associated with Republic Day. They were tasked with exploring topics such as the Constitution of India, the significance of being a republic, and the responsibilities of citizenship. This exercise not only enhanced their writing skills but also deepened their appreciation for the ideals that the day represents.
