On March 26th, Convent of Jesus and Mary International School marked the reopening of the academic year with a special assembly centered on the theme of “Teamwork.” The Grade 9 students, under the guidance of Ms. Nidhi Akash and Ms. Sripriya, organized and led the assembly for the secondary section, which commenced with a heartfelt prayer service, setting a reflective and collaborative tone for the community.
The assembly featured a skit that effectively highlighted the importance of teamwork in achieving common goals, followed by a meaningful reflection that encouraged students to embrace cooperation in their daily endeavors. Following the skit, a meaningful reflection was shared, encouraging students to embrace teamwork in their daily activities. The Grade 9 students also presented an energetic dance performance, symbolizing the vibrancy and synergy that teamwork fosters.
Principal Sr. Sheron Pereira addressed the assembly, commending the students for their insightful presentations, reminding the students about the importance of consistency in learning and the important rules to be followed in school. The assembly concluded with the national anthem.
