August 12, 2022 was a solemn day at Convent of Jesus and Mary, International School Kharghar as new leaders of the School were affirmed with their respective responsibilities on the Installation day.
The Installation Ceremony was marked with great vigour with the appointmentofthe Junior and Senior council members from the Primary & Secondary Section.
The theme for the same was ‘ A leader is the one who knows the way, shows the way & goes the way. The day was indeed meaningful as the new school leaders for the Academic year 2022-23 were appointed with great pride by Sr.Rosemarie & the Principals of the ICSE & SSC Sections of the School Sr. Sheron & Sr. Victoria . Respective House Captains and the Prefects were assigned different portfolios as Discipline In- charges & Eco club incharges. The Office bearers were given their badges & Sachets too. The Assistant leaders were also appointed with their Offices to execute their responsibilities efficiently.
This solemn day was made more dutiful with special prayers said for the newly appointed ones . The vigour of the day was added when the ceremony was solemnized by the staff, supporting staff and the parents of the newly appointed leaders.
This day thus provided a platform for grooming leaders who will be responsible, honest , humble & dutiful.
