A fun and educational activity was conducted for students of Prep 1
and 2! The theme of aquatic animals is a great way to introduce
children to the fascinating world of creatures that live in water. By
asking them to bring paper plates and googly eyes, it seems like they
will be creating their own representations of aquatic animals using
these materials.
Aquatic animals are those that live in water habitats, such as ponds,
bogs, lakes, and rivers. There are many species of aquatic animals,
each with its own unique characteristics and adaptations for living in
water. Some examples of aquatic animals include fish, turtles, frogs,
ducks, swans, otters, seals, dolphins, and many more.
Turtles, in particular, are interesting creatures that can live for a long time.
This theme provides an excellent opportunity for young students to
explore the wonders of aquatic life and have hands-on experience while
creating their own aquatic animal crafts. It can spark their curiosity
and foster a love for the natural world around them.
