September 2nd was a day of delight for the teachers as the day was of great celebration to appreciate and honour teachers for their selfless contribution in influencing and moulding a child’s life. Teachers day was celebrated with great vigour at CJM with the theme ” Teacher, you are , our beacon “.
The celebrations started in the classrooms which were thoughtfully decorated by the students and various surprises for the teachers filled the moments with awe.
The cultural programmes started in the Hall with a meaningful prayer service
The students made the stage come alive with a musical . The performance of students on stage exclusively for teachers was indeed memorable that made the day explicable. The students took great effort and ensured that teachers enjoyed every minute.
Followed by the cultural programme, the PTA members & the School Management had organised games and prizes for the teachers followed by a sumptuous lunch. Teachers were felicitated with gifts as a token of gratitude reminding that, only honour and service lives in immortality’.
The programme was thus a great success as it was enjoyed a lot by the teachers as they were acknowledged for their valuable and dedicated service reminding that a Teacher makes a huge difference in each child’s life.
