Under the initiative of the Cultural Committee of Convent of Jesus and Mary International School, cultural diversity competition was organised for grades 8 & 9 house wise on various cultures on October 7th , 2023.
The houses were allotted cultures such as Rajasthani, Tamil Nadu, Gujrati, Maharashtrian, Goan etc.
The students made a presentation on the allotted cultures highlighting the facts about the respective cultures, their cuisines, ethnicity etc. A collage presentation also was presented followed by a dance presentation on the given culture.
This Culture celebration provided understanding and inclusion about the culture , which promoted respect and harmony between the cultures. The Principal Sr. Sheron appreciated the students for their performance and team work to put together their hard work
