The Cleanliness drive under the Swachhata fortnight* .
As per the instructions of the Central Government, Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan was effectively implemented within Panvel Municipal Corporation limits.
The campaign was held across India on 1st October 2023 at 10.00 am.
The Cleanliness campaign was conducted by donating labor between 10.00 am to 11.00 am with an initiative of( one date -one hour) cleanliness drive on a large scale.
Convent of Jesus & Mary International School along with its teachers, students & the Support staff actively participated in the cleanliness campaign. The SSC section students and teachers too participated in the campaign.
The premises in and around the school was cleaned with great zeal thereby understanding the need and importance of the participation of citizens in the cleanliness of the city.The Cleanliness drive therefore brought the school community together in rendering their helping hand to make India-A Clean India.
