Convent of Jesus and Mary International School celebrated Diwali on 1st November, 2021. Diwali is a festival of lights and it is an opportune time for family and friends to come together and spread the light of peace, joy and happiness around.
On this wonderful occasion, a meaningful powerpoint presentation on the significance of Diwali was shown to the children. They were also enlightened to the need to promote an eco-friendly diwali in order to care for the environment during this festival. Creativity craft activities were held for the students and this provided them the opportunity to explore their talents and learn something new. The students truly enjoyed themselves during this festive time.
