The Preprimary held a Fancy Dress Competition on the Theme of Animals. It was held on 10th July for Prep 1, 11th July for Prep 2, and 12th July for the Nursery. The costumes worn by the children were hand made and the parents had put in a lot of effort and creativity to prepare them. The children were also well prepared and spoke very enthusiastically about the animal that they were dressed as.
This activity helped to enhance the understanding about animals, their importance to our environment, their contribution to the ecosystem, etc. The activity is also important to the children as it helps develop their confidence, public speaking skills, and foster a sense of togetherness and friendship.
