On February 1, 2025, the feast day of our Mother Foundress – St. Claudine Thevenet was celebrated with remarkable enthusiasm, uniting both the SSC and ICSE sections of our school. The theme, “Walking in Faith and Hope with St. Claudine,” was an inspiring framework for the day’s activities and our collective values.
The celebration commenced with a well-curated program that highlighted St. Claudine’s life and teachings. This served not only to educate the students about her legacy but also to encourage the embodiment of her core values within our school community. The vibrant decorations throughout the venue contributed positively to the festive atmosphere.
Later, Sr. Sheron addressed the students, effectively setting a positive tone that resonated throughout the day reminding the students about the values of our Mother Foundress and following her values dutifully. Class-wise celebrations allowed students to enjoy a variety of snacks delivered directly to their classrooms, fostering interaction and a sense of belonging among peers.
The gathering for the staff was equally significant; it began with a heartfelt prayer service that created a moment of reflection and connection. Engaging interactive games were organized specifically for the Sisters and staff, and the inclusion of a jam session brought an exciting energy to the event. The communal meal that followed further reinforced our shared values and sense of community.
As we came to the end of this joyous celebration, the Sisters of the Community took the opportunity to express their appreciation for the staff. Their acknowledgment highlighted the vital contributions made by each member, which were essential in making the celebration both impactful and memorable. The event stood as a testament to our collective strength and unity, paving the way for future endeavours in our community.
