Our Karate classes have started for students after school.
In these sessions, students engage in various Karate drills, sparring, and kata practice. By participating, they enhance their mental strength, boost their confidence, and learn essential self-defense skills. Karate fosters discipline, improves focus, and prepares students for participation in local and national tournaments, instilling a sense of achievement and dedication.

The word Karate means “empty handed”. It is a kind of martial arts practiced in ancient times for self-defense. At CJM International School, children learn self-leadership and self-discipline through this activity. It also keeps them physically fit. During classes, students learn courtesy and respect for each other and the instructor.
