- Early identification of colours helps children to create a cognitive link between visual clues and words.
- Learning to identify and describe colours improves the children’s ability to communicate and express themselves.
- this also fuels a child’s learning curiosity,kindles their thirst to understand the ‘why’ of things (why is the sky blue? etc)
