The Pre-primary section of CJM International School, Kharghar celebrated their Annual Day for the Academic Year 2022-23 on Saturday, 1st October, 2022. The theme for the day was ‘Only One Earth’. Only One Earth was the slogan for the 1972 Stockholm Conference of the UN. After 50 years the truth remains that Earth is our only home and there’s an emergency to care, protect, and conserve the Earth and its natural resources – soil, water, air, and all the living things. The theme ‘Only One Earth’ focuses on “Living Sustainably in Harmony with Nature,” as it calls for collective, transformative action on a global scale to celebrate, protect and restore our planet. This was the message given by the little ones of the Pre-primary through different songs, and dance performances in a musical skit. The tiny tots displayed a wide array of creativity. Advocate Ms. Seema Havelikar and Mr Heera Rathod were the eminent dignitaries who graced the occasion along with the Sisters of the Community of JM. All the parents of the Pre-primary children enjoyed and appreciated the efforts put into this ebullient and brilliant show.
