The Prep Section had introduced the theme of ‘Festivals of India’ to the children with the help of a worksheet. The children had to colour and match the different cultural festivals celebrated in India. They were also introduced to the National festivals celebrated by all indians.
- Learning about different festivals of India, enables children not only to understand the diverse culture of our country from their tender age but also the core values of love, sharing, and respect which is common across all festivals. The knowledge of national festivals fosters a sense of nationality, unity, and pride for being an Indian.
