An Awareness Programme based on “Child Abuse & Child Protection” was conducted on Friday, 20th July 2018, by Sr. Arina Gonsalves, Manager of SCC & ICSE section. Teachers from ICSE along with SSC section attended the seminar. Sister spoke about how to recognize children facing child abuse (physical, emotional and sexual). Sister also explained that children who face these problems have long term emotional effects. As teachers we need to identify and help children who become victims of child abuse.
