An Orientation for the Teaching & the Non- teaching staff of CJM was held on Monday, 13th June 2022. The resource person was Fr. Anton D’souza, the rector of Don Bosco Virar & the Parish Priest of Resurrection Church, Vasai.
Fr. Anton oriented the staff on preventive education system in par with the charisma of Don Bosco. . Father discussed the effectiveness of teacher’s communicate with others & especially with students.The need to understand each student & to be considerate & kind .
The session was interactive and the staff participated enthusiastically in the discussions. It was an insightful Orientation, providing impetus for the new academic year.
