September 05th was a day of delight for the Teachers at Convent Of Jesus & Mary, kharghar
The day was of great celebration to appreciate and honour teachers for their selfless contribution in influencing and moulding a child’s life. The day was celebrated with great vigour . The theme for the same was ‘You plant the seed of Knowledge & we grow forever.’
The celebrations started off with a meaningful prayer service followed by a plethora of cultural programmes. The students made the stage come alive with dance, songs ,music, skit, for the teachers .The performance of students on stage exclusively for teachers was indeed memorable that made the day explicable.
The students took great effort and ensured that teachers enjoyed every minute.
Followed by the cultural programme, the PTA members had organised various other programmes for the teachers followed by a great feast. Teachers
were felicitated with cards, gifts, etc, as a token of gratitude reminding that,
‘Flowers fade, beauty dies, only honour and service lives in immortality’.

The programme was thus a huge success as it was enjoyed a lot by the teachers and they were acknowledged for their valuable and dedicated service reminding that a Teacher is an unconditional source of love and inspiration.
