On 10th January, the Grade 10 students hosted a memorable Thanksgiving Assembly, showcasing their gratitude for the support and guidance they have received throughout their academic journey. The event, which took place in the school hall, was a heartwarming occasion filled with reflection, appreciation, and a spirit of community. The management, our principal Sr. Sheron Pereira, all the teachers from pre-primary and primary sections to the secondary section, the non-teaching staff and all the students from the school were present for this memorable occasion.
During the assembly, Grade 10 students expressed their heartfelt thanks to our Manager Sr. Agatha Pereira, Principal Sr. Sheron Pereira, teachers, non-teaching staff and peers for their continuous encouragement and support. The students expressed their gratitude for both the challenges and achievements encountered throughout the year. The heartfelt expressions of gratitude resonated deeply with the audience, reinforcing the theme of the assembly.
Our principal Sr. Sheron Pereira addressed the students and inspired them with her uplifting words as the students prepared themselves for the upcoming board exams and an exciting life that awaits them.
The students then distributed wonderful bookmarks hand-made by them for the entire staff, to show their appreciation for all the teachers who guided them through the wonderful years they spent in school. Our students Hannah Mary and Joseph Chowallur were teary eyed when they spoke about their memorable moments and the amazing years they spent in school. It was indeed heartwarming to know the difference the school has made to these students.
The Thanksgiving Assembly was a beautiful and meaningful event, filled with warmth, reflection, and a deep sense of appreciation. The event concluded with a sense of gratitude for the community that had supported the students during their time in Grade 10. The entire school community took time to express their best wishes to the graduates, and many students shared their hopes for the future.
