Prep Level 2 students brought the animal kingdom alive during the Fancy Dress Competition held on Thursday, 25th June 2026. Dressed as lions, tigers, sheep, zebras, giraffes, alligators, elephants, cows, macaws, and more, our little ones showcased creativity and confidence on stage.
In keeping with the guidelines, all costumes were handmade using home materials, reflecting wonderful parent-child collaboration. Children spoke a few lines about their chosen animal, enhancing vocabulary, public speaking skills, and awareness about the animal world.
To ensure comfort and ease, students wore their PE uniforms beneath the costumes. The event was a joyful blend of learning and imagination, leaving everyone with smiles and memorable roars, moos, and meows!
All participants were appreciated with certificates for their enthusiastic effort.
Learning outcomes: Confidence building, creative expression, classification of animals, and oral communication.
